Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SlopBomber is owned and operated by Signal Drift Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit slopbomber.com, use a SlopBomber workspace, or contact us about the service.

SlopBomber helps business teams prepare product media, create AI-assisted images and videos, manage scripts and voiceovers, review creative assets, and export advertisements. If your organization provides your account, it also controls how its workspace and content are used. Contact your workspace administrator about your organization's practices.

2. Information we collect

• Account and workspace information: your name, email address, password hash, invitations, company or workspace name, role, and access permissions.
• Content and activity: product details and URLs, uploaded or imported images and videos, prompts, scripts, voice settings, generated audio and media, captions, review decisions, job history, and related files and metadata. Content may include personal information you choose to provide.
• Connected services: authorization tokens or API credentials you provide, provider account identifiers, connection status, and information needed to fulfill requests through your selected services.
• Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, pages or endpoints accessed, and service or error logs used to operate and protect the service.
• Communications: information you send when requesting support or otherwise contacting us.

We receive information directly from you, from authorized workspace members and assistants, from sources you ask us to import, and from connected providers. Please provide only information needed for your work and for which you have the necessary permissions.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain SlopBomber; authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions; import, generate, organize, review, render, and deliver content you request; manage provider connections; respond to support and privacy requests; troubleshoot and improve the service; prevent misuse and protect security; and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Submitting content for AI generation involves processing that content through the provider selected for the task. We do not use SlopBomber's customer content to train our own general-purpose AI models. Connected providers' own processing and retention practices are governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and account settings.

4. When information is shared

• Within your organization: authorized workspace members and administrators can access information according to their roles. Authorized SlopBomber administrators may access workspace information to operate, support, or secure the service.
• With providers used for your requests: for example, xAI for image or video generation and ElevenLabs for voice generation. The content and settings needed for the requested task are sent to the relevant provider.
• With connected assistants and messaging services: if you operate SlopBomber through an assistant or messaging platform, your commands and related content may also be processed by that assistant, its model provider, and the messaging service.
• With service providers: hosting, infrastructure, technical support, and other providers that help operate the service may process information for those purposes.
• For legal and business reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or carry out a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable protections.
• At your direction: when you export, share, publish, or otherwise authorize disclosure of information.

We do not sell personal information collected through SlopBomber or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party websites and services you choose to use have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and browser storage

SlopBomber uses an essential sign-in cookie to maintain your session. It normally expires after seven days, and signing out invalidates the session. We also use browser storage to remember your selected workspace and help prevent duplicate requests.

The current SlopBomber website does not embed third-party advertising pixels or analytics trackers. We do not track your browsing across unrelated websites, and our current service does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or affect service features.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and workspace content while needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of information, whether the workspace still needs it, outstanding requests or disputes, and applicable obligations.

You may request deletion using the contact details below. Removing access to a workspace or signing out does not automatically delete that workspace's content. We may need to coordinate a request with your organization's administrator and may retain information where required by law or needed for security, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies. A provider's copies are subject to that provider's policies and your agreement with it.

7. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, password hashing, protected provider credentials, and access controls for workspaces. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your account and connected-provider credentials, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or appeal a decision about a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

To make a request, contact us below and describe your relationship to the account or workspace and what you would like us to do. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized representative may contact us on your behalf, subject to verification. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

You can stop submitting content, ask your workspace administrator to change your access, and revoke a connected service's authorization through that provider's account controls. These actions may limit the features available to you.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or the providers used for the service operate. Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply.

10. Children

SlopBomber is a business service intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
